Western from director Howard Hawks, starring John Wayne, Robert Mitchum and James Caan. Gunfighter Cole Thornton joins forces with old friend and sheriff JP Harrah to rid the town of El Dorado of a cattle baron's hired guns. As Thornton has a paralysed arm and Harrah has a drink problem, they face a stern test of their resolve.

Martial arts drama starring Uma Thurman and directed by Quentin Tarantino. A deadly assassin known as "Black Mamba" swears revenge on the traitorous fellow killers who left her for dead on her wedding day.
11.35-1.45am - ITV1 - JARHEAD
War drama based on Anthony Swofford's memoir about his experiences as a marine sniper in the first Gulf War. Young recruit Swofford (Jake Gyllenhaal) impresses Staff Sgt Sykes (Jamie Foxx) during basic training and is invited to join his team where he is partnered with Troy (Peter Sarsgaard). They head to Saudi Arabia to fight but the heat of the desert and the long wait for battle pushes many of the marines to the brink of insanity.
SUNDAY 21ST OCTOBER
1.50-3.50pm - C4 - STAR TREK: INSURRECTION
Science-fiction adventure starring Patrick Stewart and Jonathan Frakes. The planet Ba'ku holds magical properties that keep the population young and living in harmony. So when an alien race attempts to take over this paradise, it falls to Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of the Enterprise to defend the planet and its people.
10.00pm-12.30am - ITV3 - INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE
Horror based on the novel by Anne Rice, starring Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Antonio Banderas. Present-day San Francisco: while being interviewed by journalist Daniel Malloy, vampire Louis tells of his life as a plantation owner in the 18th century, when, falling into depression after his wife and child die, he meets vampire Lestat who offers him the chance of eternal life.

Classic martial arts adventure starring Bruce Lee. A master of martial arts is enlisted by British intelligence to help put an end to the traffic in opium and prostitutes organised from an island fortress by a criminal mastermind.

Western starring Randolph Scott and Joel McCrea. Ex-lawman Gil Westrum, now working as a fairground sharpshooter, teams up with former colleague Steve Judd to accompany a gold shipment from a remote mining camp to a small-town bank. But, unknown to Judd, Westrum plans to steal the gold as soon as possible.

Period drama starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. 1950s Connecticut: young suburban couple Frank and April Wheeler have two children and a financially comfortable life. But while Frank works in the city, April has foregone her dream of becoming an actress to be a housewife. So when she announces one night that she wants the family to move to Paris where she can be the breadwinner, the cracks in their marriage soon begin to appear.

Crime drama starring Robert De Niro, Sharon Stone and Joe Pesci. Fantasy adventure based on the graphic novel by Neil Gaiman, starring Charlie Cox, Claire Danes, Michelle Pfeiffer and Robert De Niro. In Victorian England, young Tristan Thorne goes in search of a fallen star to prove his love to the village beauty. His quest takes him to a magical parallel world, where he faces competition from cunning witch Lamia and an assortment of dastardly princes - some living, some dead.

Action thriller starring Mel Gibson, Danny Glover and Joe Pesci. The two offbeat Los Angeles detectives return in this sequel to the hugely successful 1987 film Lethal Weapon. Dismayed to be given a seemingly mundane protection assignment, the duo are soon back in action when the man they are ordered to protect reveals his involvement in a money-laundering racket.

Francis Ford Coppola's epic Oscar-winning crime drama, starring Marlon Brando, Al Pacino and James Caan. In New York following the Second World War, Don Corleone is determined that his family should keep control of the American crime world. His daughter Connie is to be married, an occasion that draws guests pledging gifts to the couple in the hope that they will be granted favours by the "Godfather".
